Alfredo Gamarra is a Peruvian registered professional geologist with over 23 years of experience in exploration geology in South America. Mr. Gamarra has been involved in the discovery and development of a number of projects belonging to the Hochschild group and International Mineral Corporation. This includes the Pallancata gold and silver mine, which is now considered one of the most important mines in Peru. He holds a geology degree from San Agustin Nacional University and has gained much of his experience from work at high altitudes.

Juan La Curz is a Peruvian geologist with an engineering degree and a B.Sc in Geology from the San Marcos University of Lima. Mr. La Cruz has over 30 years of experience working internationally with both junior and senior mineral exploration/mining companies. This includes working as a Senior Project Geologist at Noranda Inc. as well as acting as a contract geologist for Battle Mountain Gold, Normandy, Newmont and Placer Dome.

Andres Rivera Zeballos has over 36 years of experience in exploration, mining geology and the management of exploration companies in South America. He holds a B.Sc. Geology from San Agustin De Arequipa University, Peru, and carries a wide knowledge of Peruvian geology.

Ph.D. Geology, ExploAndes
Dr. Cesar Munoz has over 30 years experience working internationally as an exploration geologist for Newmont, North Limited, BHP Billiton, Barrick Gold and Placer Dome. In recent years, he has specialized in the preparation and execution of exploration programs and evaluation of mineral deposits in South America and Peru in particular. He holds a Ph.D. Geology (Mineralogy and Ore Deposits) from the University of Heidelberg.
