Paul Matysek, M.Sc., P.Geo.

Mr. Matysek is a co-founder of Energy Metals Corporation and an experienced geochemist/geologist with a Bachelor of Science degree and a Masters of Science degree in Geology. With over 25 years of domestic and international experience, he is a recognized entrepreneur specializing in developing resource based companies from conception to production. Mr. Matysek has held senior management and/or director positions with several natural resource exploration and development companies. These have included, First Quantum Minerals, First Majestic Resources and Vannessa Ventures.

 
Dr. William Mercer, B.Sc., Ph.D., P.Geo.

Dr. Mercer, P. Geo. (Ont.), is a geological consultant, with over 30 years of experience of managing exploration programs. His work has taken him to almost every continent, to over 30 countries and involvement in exploration and assessment of deposit types including porphyry Cu, Cu-Au and Mo, VMS and sedex base metal deposits, epithermal gold, bauxite and uranium.

 
Dr. Alan Clark, A.R.S.M., Ph.D., C.Eng.

Dr. Clark is Professor Emeritus of Queen's University, Ontario, who has, over the last 30 years, been engaged in numerous projects specifically targeting the region of the Company's interest in Southern Peru. The Queen's University Central Andean Metallogenetic Project, CAMP, has been responsible for establishing much of the existing metallogenetic framework of this World-class Cu-Au-Ag-Sn-W province, covering both regional and local aspects, including basic stratigraphy, Ar40-Ar39, U-Pb and fission track geochronology, tectonics, igneous petrogenesis, hypogene ore genesis and even geomorphology and its impact on supergene enrichment of Cu, Ag and Au deposits.

 
Stewart Wallis, P.Geo.

Mr. Wallis is an independent consulting geologist with over 35 years of international experience. Most recently, he was General Manager of the Vancouver office for Scott Wilson Roscoe Postle Associates Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Wallis worked internationally for a number of consulting companies involved in due diligence, project evaluations and feasibility studies throughout the world. During his tenure with several large Canadian Mining companies, Mr. Wallis was involved in the discovery, acquisition and development of several gold deposits. More recently he has carried out due diligence on numerous uranium projects in the United States, Africa, Europe and the former Soviet Union countries. He is currently a Director of Crosshair Exploration and Mining Corp., a listed company carrying out gold and uranium exploration in Labrador and Newfoundland.
